1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Glow Crest's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Glow Crest provides travel planning, booking, and related services for Southeast Asian destinations. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom travel itinerary planning
• Accommodation and transportation bookings
• Tour guide services
• Travel consultation and support

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Glow Crest. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 Payment

• A deposit is required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before travel departure
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations or supplier price increases

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by You

• More than 60 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
• 30-59 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee

4.2 Cancellation by Glow Crest

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangements.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Appropriate visas for your destination
• Required vaccinations and health certificates
• Adequate travel insurance

6. Health and Safety

You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. You participate in all activities at your own risk and are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Glow Crest's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party suppliers
• Natural disasters or force majeure events

8. Third-Party Services

We act as an intermediary for third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). These suppliers have their own terms and conditions, which may affect your booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws.

10. Privacy

11. Dispute Resolution
